TAGS General Information
Game Times. Games begin at the following times:
- A league - 6:30 pm
- If doubleheaders are necessary, the first game will start at 5:30 pm and the second game will start at 7:00 pm.
- B league - 6:30 pm at the Oak Park fields.
- C and D league - 6:30 pm at the Traverse Heights fields.
Playoffs and Championship Night. July 11, 2024
Make-up Games. Make-up games will only be allowed due to inclement weather conditions. The first rainout will automatically be scheduled at the same field for Friday of the same week at 6:30 pm. If the field at which the game was to be played is open prior to Friday, and both teams are available, and umpires are available, a makeup can occur earlier than Friday. If there are already Friday games scheduled, the make-up game will automatically be scheduled for Saturday at 10:00 a.m.
Refund Policy for league withdrawal
- Full refund if requested in writing (email) prior to April 7, 2024
- 50% Refund if requested in writing (email) prior to April 14, 2024
- No Refunds after April 15, 2024

The team sponsorship fee is $300 plus the cost of team uniforms. This fee contributes to various essential aspects of our league:
- Field maintenance and enhancements.
- Replacement and replenishment of shared equipment each summer, including balls, bases, pitching rubbers, helmets, bats, and catcher’s gear.
- Funding clinics and compensating coaches or trainers to enhance the skill level of our players.
- Covering the costs of Championship Night activities.
For those considering a sustaining sponsorship, the fee is $150, and these funds are allocated towards:
- Providing financial aid to players.
- Supplementing the replenishment of shared equipment needed each summer, such as balls, bases, pitching rubbers, helmets, bats, and catcher’s gear.
- Similar to team sponsors, sustaining sponsors receive a link from our website to their website page, excluding promotional materials like coupons.
